THE BELLA BAR 2.0 – BLACK ZINC

The Women’s Barbell of the Future

Rogue’s go-to 15KG multipurpose barbell for female athletes is the Bella Bar. This adaptable females bar, which is entirely machined and put together in the USA, is specially tailored for Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and/or a CrossFit WOD.

The Bella Bar is a women’s weightlifting bar that was forged on equal footing and built with the same level of attention to detail as any bar in the Rogue family.

The 25MM Bella Bar, a mainstay of women’s CrossFit competitions, including ones at the CrossFit Games, has no center knurl but shares our 20KG Ohio Bar’s 190,000 PSI tensile strength and Rogue’s iconic Dual Knurl Marks. Both Powerlifts and Oly lifts may be performed with a firm yet comfortable grip thanks to the hybrid knurling design, which also produces the ideal combination of rigidity and natural whip thanks to the use of premium U.S. steel and snap-ring bronze bushings.

A one-year warranty is included with every Echo Bar order.

THE BELLA BAR 2.0 – E-COAT

Our 15KG Women’s Bella Bar’s newest version has a new, Black E-Coat shaft finish. For its dependable coverage, adhesion, and corrosion resistance, this electrically applied coating was first made popular in the automotive industry. It has since acquired wider acceptance due to its environmental advantages, producing little to no hazardous air pollutants or volatile organic compounds.

The E-Coat model, like every other Rogue Bella Bar, is entirely machined and put together in Columbus, Ohio. It has bright zinc sleeves, dual knurl marks (no center knurl), and a 190,000 PSI steel shaft with tensile strength. Both Powerlifts and Olympic lifts can be performed with a tight but comfortable grip thanks to the hybrid knurling design, and the high-quality bronze bushings help achieve the ideal combination of rigidity and natural whip.

CERAKOTE BELLA BAR – SPECIAL PINK EDITION

The Pink Special Edition of the new Cerakote Bella Bar, like the other hues, gives the best American-made, multi-purpose women’s barbell in the market an additional layer of toughness and style. Because of its longevity in thin applications, Cerakote is a very durable finish that is frequently utilized in the gun business.

This particular model has a pink cerakote bar shaft, exclusive matte black sleeves, and a black Rogue logo in the middle. Since it’s a finish that stands out, why not use it to spread awareness and donations for a deserving cause?

The Rogue Bella Bar has long been a mainstay of women’s training and competition, from home gyms to the annual CrossFit Games. Each bar is Made in the USA using premium bronze bushings for the ideal balance of stiffness and natural whip, a 190,000 PSI tensile strength shaft (the same as our 20KG Ohio Bar), a hybrid knurling pattern for a hard yet non-abrasive grip, and other advanced manufacturing techniques. The Bella Bar is still a women’s weightlifting bar that was created on equal footing and was constructed with the same level of attention to detail as any bar in the Rogue family.

ROGUE WAR BAR

An efficient technique bar is one that most closely resembles the actual weight-training experience, whether it is being used by an Olympic weightlifter honing his form or a beginner learning the fundamentals. Since our competition bars have the same 28MM outer diameter and proper Olympic knurl marks, the Rogue War Bar was also specifically manufactured to include those features. The 58″ War Bar is a sturdy technique training equipment that costs only a few dollars more than the improvised PVC pipe or broomstick that is currently sitting in your gym. It may also be used as a beginning bar for kids and beginners or as a rehab bar for athletes who are recovering from injuries.

NOTE: THIS IS NOT A BARBELL FOR BEARING LOAD. Weight-bearing is not intended for the War Bar. It is only for practicing techniques.

ROGUE OPERATOR BAR 3.0

The 20KG Rogue Operator Bar was the result of the gods’ creative imaginations after they produced 50-caliber machine guns, Harley Davidsons, and swords. The most recent version of this adaptable 28.5MM barbell features a brand-new polymer-ceramic composite finish, the same coating that many firearm makers rely on for its exceptional durability in thin applications. It features an innovative, military-inspired design that you won’t find anywhere else in the industry. Customers can now choose between keeping the Operator’s traditional Olive Drab shaft or replacing it with any of a number of new military finishes, including Tek Grey Camo, Tiger Stripe Woodland Camo, and Desert Tan.

In order to achieve the ideal combination of whip and rigidity, the Rogue Operator Bar is completely machined and assembled in Columbus, Ohio, using cutting-edge composite bushings and high-tensile steel. The bar has the twin knurl marks for both Power and Oly lifts, which are Rogue’s trademark (there is no middle knurl).

The Rogue Operator Bar 3.0 is guaranteed for life against bending and/or broken collars* and is guaranteed to make an impression on any athlete who uses it—or even sees it. It is greener, meaner, and built in America. Some may question the need for an Olive Drab or Desert Tan bar in your gym. The straightforward response is, “Because I want it.”

C-70S BAR
RACKABLE SHORT BAR AS SEEN AT THE CROSSFIT GAMES

The 20KG Ohio Bar and our original C-70 short bar are both essentially “shorty” versions of the 15KG Rogue C-70S Barbell. With over 15″ of space-saving efficiency compared to a full-length bar, this compact 72″ design, which is available here with a Cerakote shaft finish and chrome sleeves, will benefit anyone training in confined spaces, be it a small garage gym or bustling training facility.

The American-made C-70S is similar to the Ohio Bar in that it has a 190,000 PSI steel shaft, twin knurl markings, premium composite bushings, and a typical 52″ gap between the sleeves. The “S” in the name of the bar stands for “Snatch,” as athletes may do these and other actions that ordinarily require a full-length barbell for proper hand placement with the bar’s regular sleeve spacing. As an example, we created this type of bar for snatch events at the CrossFit Games because the competition lanes there were compact and called for a shorter bar.

The C-70S’s shape also makes it easy to rack on the majority of common power racks and squat stands. The 8.875″ loadable sleeve length is shorter than the original non-rackable C-70 Bar (12″) and nearly half that of the Ohio Bar (16.4″), it should be noted. The Rogue logo is included in the shaft’s middle as part of the Cerakote finish; there is no center knurl.

What’s Cerakote?
The shaft finish on all of our Rogue C-70S Bars is Black Cerakote. This ceramic-based coating, which is frequently utilized by gun manufacturers due to its resilience in thin applications, can provide greater abrasion, wear, and corrosion resistance over time—up to 100 times that of conventional black zinc.

ROGUE T-15LB TECHNIQUE BAR

The T-15LB Technique Bar, fully machined and put together at the Rogue facility in Columbus, Ohio, has a 28MM bare aluminum shaft with dual Powerlifting and Olympic knurl marks. Athletes may retain correct grip position when they advance from a light bar to a Men’s or Women’s weightlifting bar thanks to the design’s collar spacing, which is the same as that of an IWF standard competition bar.

ROGUE T-2.5KG TECHNIQUE BAR

Young athletes are perfecting their weightlifting techniques earlier than ever before, oftentimes even before they enter a high school weight room. Rogue believed it was past time for a world-class, lightweight kids barbell that was made to assist novices in becoming competitors. One of the greatest quality children’s bars ever created is the T-2.5KG Technique Bar, which is made in the USA and has one needle bearing per sleeve.

The 51″ T-2.5KG Tech Bar, a fantastic accessory for our Rogue KS-1 Kids Squat Stand, has a 22.2MM diameter aluminum shaft and a loadable sleeve length of 4.125″. The bar is entirely compatible with the majority of regular size bumper plates thanks to its 1.96″ sleeve diameter and 40LB maximum load capability. Additionally, three different sets of knurl marks have been added to help athletes transition from a tech bar to a conventional olympic bar:

Note: Bare aluminum sleeves and shaft are available in the raw selection at checkout.

This 2.5KG Technique Bar is not intended for loads more than 40LB/18KG and should only be used for technique-based practice. When loaded, the 2.5KG Technique Bar shouldn’t be dropped.

ROGUE B&R BAR 2.0

The traditional Burgener & Rippetoe Bar is now produced in the USA from bare steel.

With certain improvements made by Rogue’s in-house production team, Version 2.0 of the B&R Bar is constructed to the requirements of the bar’s original creators, strength training instructors Mike Burgener and Mark Rippetoe. The bar now has a stronger 205,000 PSI shaft and an improved snap ring construction, along with twin knurl marks that are specifically optimized for Olympic lifting and powerlifting (with a passive center knurl). Few chrome or plated finishes can compete with the excellent, vintage look and feel that natural steel and high-quality bronze bushings produce.

A 20KG barbell with a 16.25″ loadable sleeve length is called the B&R 2.0. Due of its adaptability, it’s a fantastic complement to a CrossFit box, larger training facility, or garage gym.

Please take note that the B&R Bar’s naked steel will need some maintenance, just like any good piece of machined steel. The bar will acquire a lovely patina appearance if 3-in-1 oil or WD-40 are occasionally brushed over it. Bars have been constructed in this manner for many years, and the result is truly unparalleled.

C-68S BAR

WOMEN’S RACKABLE SHORT BAR

A 25mm women’s variant of the C-70S Short Bar is the Rogue C-68S Bar. This bar, which was first used in competition at the CrossFit Games, is over 11″ shorter than our regular women’s Bella Bar but offers practically identical features and usefulness. The C-68S Bar, one of our most durable barbells ever, received an F-Scale rating of F-12R during durability testing. The athletes can rack the bar on any standard rack and do exercises like the snatch and overhead squats that have historically been impractical with short bars thanks to the typical 51.5″ space between the sleeves. The “S” in the name of the bar really stands for “Snatch,” as it was designed to enable athletes to complete Olympic barbell motions within the constrained space of the CrossFit Games floor.

The C-68S, which is offered here with a Black Cerakote shaft finish and Bright Zinc sleeves, is useful for any lady practicing in a modest garage gym or a crowded training facility. The 68.25″ shaft’s efficiency in saving space creates lanes so that more athletes can exercise in the same area at once. It also allows for full Olympic lifting actions in small home gyms with more room to spare and simpler storage in between exercises, including the precise hand placement on the snatch grip.

Similar to the Bella Bar, the American-made C-68S has a 190,000 PSI tensile strength shaft, excellent bronze bushings, and dual knurl marks with our distinctive Bella knurl. Each steel shaft is given a better level of fatigue resistance through our proprietary Rogue Work Hardening (RWHTM) process to ensure long-term performance. Additionally, compared to a bar with standard length sleeves, there is less stress on the shaft with each drop because of the shorter lever arm of the shorter sleeves. The bar’s superior F-12R durability rating, which is the result of the combination of these factors (you can read more about the F-Scale here), means that it should last even longer than standard-length bars in gyms with high traffic.

ROGUE 25MM IWF OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING BAR – CERAKOTE

The authentic International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) branding is present on the shaft’s center and the endcaps of this version of the Rogue 25MM Olympic Weightlifting Bar in Black Cerakote. This indicates that the IWF has given the bar permission to be used in women’s competition.

Each 15KG bar is manufactured and put together in Columbus, Ohio, and has a steel shaft that can withstand 215,000 PSI, premium needle bearings, and chrome sleeves that have a loadable length of 12.5″. The proprietary Rogue knurl design is precisely carved for a secure grip without the sharpness or abrasiveness of many import bars (there is no center knurl).

The Rogue Olympic Weightlifting Bar, in our opinion, is among the greatest bearing bars available in terms of feel, toughness, and performance. The IWF’s endorsement of it further demonstrates the high quality to which it is regarded.

ROGUE 25MM WOMEN’S OPERATOR BAR

The 190,000 PSI tensile strength steel used to construct the 25MM Women’s Operator Bar is coated with an ultra-durable Cerakote finish. This flexible 15KG barbell features dual knurl markings (for Olympic and powerlifting), bronze bushings, and Rogue branding directly on the center of the shaft. It is fully machined and manufactured in Columbus, Ohio.

ROGUE ATHLETE CERAKOTE OHIO BAR – FRASER EDITION

This unique edition of the Cerakote Ohio Bar, which is a part of our personalized Athlete Series, has unique colours and artwork that were inspired by Rogue athlete and five-time CrossFit Games winner Mat Fraser. The 20KG, 190,000 PSI barbell has black composite bushings and typical Ohio Bar endcaps, and it is entirely machined and constructed in Columbus, Ohio.

The Fraser Edition alone:

A red cerakote finish on the shaft is combined with exclusive matte black sleeves to commemorate the “Fittest Man on Earth” of 2016 and 2017. The tagline “Hard Work Pays Off” by Fraser is printed in black in the shaft’s middle. The slogan is offset by the black Rogue logo.

ROGUE 25MM WOMEN’S TRAINING BAR

The Rogue 25MM Women’s Training Bar, which is sized to IWF standards for female weightlifters, is designed, machined, and put together at the Rogue factory in Columbus, Ohio. It has all the same features as our standard 28MM Training Bar, such as a 190 PSI tensile strength steel shaft and premium bronze bushings. Additionally, each bar is checked on its own for straightness to within 0.015″ (0.38mm).

The 25MM Training Bar is a 15KG women’s barbell with bright zinc sleeves, a black shaft, and no center knurl. The single knurl marks and knurl pattern of the Training Bar are designed exclusively for Oly lifts.

The 25MM Training Bar is a good option if you’re looking for a women’s barbell that is reasonably priced and accurately replicates the look and feel of an Olympic barbell that is ready for competition.

ROGUE CERAKOTE BELLA BARS – TOOMEY EDITION

This special edition of the Cerakote Women’s Bella Bar, which is a part of our personalized Athlete Series, has unique colours and artwork inspired by CrossFit Games champion and Rogue athlete Tia-Clair Toomey. Black composite bushings and typical Bella Bar endcaps are included in the 15KG, 190,000 PSI barbell, which is completely machined and built in Columbus, Ohio.

The Toomey Edition only features:

We created a unique blue cerakote shaft finish with exclusive matte black sleeves for five-time “Fittest Woman on Earth” Tia-Clair Toomey. Tia’s arrow logo is in the center of the shaft in white, while the Rogue emblem is on the side opposite it in black.

THE CASTRO BAR

The Rogue Castro Bar belongs in your arsenal if you’re an athlete who prefers the traditional appearance and feel of a naked steel barbell. This polished 28.5MM bar is made in Columbus, Ohio, using the same premium American steel, bronze bushings, and twin knurl marks as our iconic Ohio Bar. It is individually built. The Castro Bar is less dependent on chalk than many coated bars since the texture of the distinctive knurling allows for a firm grip without feeling sharp and the bare steel won’t get slippery in wet hands.

The Castro Bar provides the ideal combination of whip for the Olympic lifter and rigidity for the powerlifter, with a minimum tensile strength of 190,000 PSI. It can withstand regular misuse in a garage gym, college weight room, or professional training facility thanks to its lifetime warranty against bending*.

This particular bar is made of bare steel, which does require different maintenance than typical bars that are oxide, zinc, or chrome coated. The Castro Bar will have a wonderful patina appearance and help prevent rusting if you sometimes brush it down with 3-in-1 or WD-40. Bars have been constructed in this manner for many years, and the feel is truly unsurpassed.

ROGUE CERAKOTE BELLA BARS – DAVIDSDOTTIR EDITION

The Cerakote Women’s Bella Bar is a special version that is a part of our personalized Athlete Series. It has unique colours and artwork that were inspired by CrossFit Games champion and Rogue athlete Katrin Davidsdottir. The 15KG, 190,000 PSI barbell has black composite bushings with typical Bella Bar endcaps and is professionally machined and built in Columbus, Ohio.

Only available in the Davidsdottir Edition:

The blue cerakote finish on the shaft contrasts with the exclusive matte black sleeves to honor Katrin Davidsdottir, an Icelandic native and two-time CrossFit Games champion. A white version of Katrin’s sled-dog emblem and a black Rogue logo can be seen in the shaft’s middle.
